The newspaper reports that the Dutchman is ‘desperate’ for the Germany superstar to join this summer and the Red Devils will offer him an eye-watering wage to lure him to Old Trafford.
The Star say that Man United will offer Muller a long-term deal worth £250,000 a week. If he were to join the Red Devils on those terms, he would be one of the highest paid players in the world and in Premier League, with the attacker earning a staggering £1 million a month.
