The much anticipated collection from Nigerian luxury fashion house Iconic Invanity has finally arrived and it’s making a powerful statement.
Titled “Rhythm” we were given the opportunity to catch a small preview of the collection during Lagos Fashion and Design Week 2014 and we’ve also spotted some of favourite celebrities sporting a few of the signature embellished stunning regal pieces and now we get to see the entire collection.
According to Designer Nancy Nwadire, the direction of this collection was based on the exploration, discovery and interpretation of her heritage. She said, “Sometimes, the woman is King. Secure, powerful, bold and courageous dancing to the rhythm of her beat. For this collection I was drawn once again to the beauty and strength of the Iconic Invanity woman and her journey, dreams, culture, explorations and discoveries”
The collection features an array of stunning looks from the crisp white embellished flowy cape dresses, to the bold coloured heavily bedazzled and structured separates.
