Trouble in paradise for John Legend and Chrissy Teigen?

Sad to read this but hopefully it's not true...it's from MediaTakeOut and below is how they reported it
John Legend and new wife Chrissy Teigen are the picture perfect couple on the outside.. but we just heard from an extremely well placed insider - that the two are already headed for divorce. According to a top insider, who worked on a show with Chrissy - the two constantly argue.
Our insider explained, "John would come on set and talk down to Chrissy. It's messed up because she's such a happy person. I hated watching him treat her like that."
And we spoke to another insider [not from the show] who tell us that John has "disdain" for Chrissy. The entertainment BIG WIG explained, "He thinks she's annoying, and I sense that he might secretly have disdain for her. I don't know why he would marry her - if her felt that much animosity towards her."
We asked BOTH ENTERTAINMENT INSIDERS whether they thought that John and Chrissy would last - both said NO. The person who worked with Chrissy told MediaTakeOut.com, "I'd be shocked if they were together by the New Year."
Very sad. Cause we LIKE THESE TWO as a couple.

The establishment of the investigative committee is in keeping with President Buhari's determination to stamp out corruption and irregularities in Nigeria's public service.
It comes against the background of the myriad of challenges that the Nigerian Armed Forces have faced in the course of ongoing counter-insurgency operations in the Northeast, including the apparent deficit in military platforms with its attendant negative effects of troops' morale.
The committee will specifically investigate allegations of non-adherence to correct equipment procurement procedures and the exclusion of relevant logistics branches from arms procurement under past administrations, which, very often resulted in the acquisition of sub-standard and unserviceable equipment.

EFCC chairman accused of diverting N1trillion loot recovered from corrupt politicians

IBRAHIM LAMORDE
The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Lamorde, has been accused of diverting over N1tn recovered from corrupt politicians who forfeited their loots. A man named George Uboh recently petitioned the Senate, accusing the chairman of the anti-graft agency of diverting money recovered from corrupt politicians including former Governor of Bayelsa State, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha; and ex-Inspector-General of Police, Tafa Balogun.

The Senate having received the petition which was dated July 31st, ordered its Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions to investigate the allegations. Both the petitioner and Mr Lamorde have been invited to appear by the Senate committee at Meeting Room 120 of the New Senate Building, National Assembly Complex, on Wednesday August 26th for some questioning.

According to the petition which was addressed to Senate President Bukola Saraki, Mr Lamorde is accused of carrying out many diversions while he served as the Director of Operations of the EFCC between 2003 and 2007 and also as an acting Chairman of the commission between June 2007 and May 2008.

The petitioner alleged that in March 2013, the EFCC boss diverted the sum of N779m out of the total N3bn forfeited by former police chief, Tafa Balogun to the Federal Government. He also alleged that the EFCC boss conspired with some officials of the anti-graft agency to under-remit the former IG’s forfeited funds of about N5.85bn into the Consolidated Revenue Account by holding back about N2.65bn.

The petitioner assured the Senate that he was ready to provide unparalleled evidence to back his allegations against Lamorde. Both men are expected to appear before the Senate by 10am on Wednesday August 26th.

Other than organizing road shows, buying Tomato & pepper, Fayose has achieved nothing in 10months - APC

Ekiti state chapter of APC says asides conducting road shows and buying pepper and tomatoes in open markets to pose as a friend of the poor, the state governor, Ayo Fayose has not achieved anything or concluded any project to his credit since assuming office 10 months.

The state party stated this in a statement released by its Publicity Secretary, Taiwo Olatunbosun yesterday August 23rd. The party also accused Fayose of being a pathological liar

"Fayose claimed that Ekiti owed N86 billion, when in reality the debt restructuring as released by the Debt Management Office (DMO) and published in Thisday of Friday, August 21, 2015, confirmed Ekiti debt as N18. 8 billion after conversion to long-term bond. This has shown that Fayose is a pathological and serial liar. Ekiti people should now ask Fayose where he got the N86b figure he has been bandying around that does not allow him implement development projects, including payments of gratuities and pensions for several months while also refusing to pay last year September salaries and five months salaries to traditional rulers after collecting allocations for the payments,” the statement read The party challenged Fayose to probe the former governor of the state, Kayode Fayemi, who according to the statement has made himself available in the last 10 months if he is sure of his allegations "Government is a continuum. Fayemi met billions of naira debts on assumption of office, but this did not deter him from executing many projects, including life-lifting and empowerment projects as well as enduring physical infrastructure, such as renovation of schools and hospitals, new Government House, the pavilion, the civic centre incorporating e-library, women development centre, conference centre and museum, construction of modern markets across the state amongst others. This also did not stop him from increasing workers salaries three times, a feat which Fayose never matched not even once,”the statement said

Ali Baba Attacks NBC Over Ban Of Olamide’s ‘Shakiti Bobo’, Says Even Pastors Know The Song

Ali Baba, Others Set For Urhobo/Isoko Comedy All Stars Show
Legendary Nigeria comedian, Ali Baba, has revealed that he is unhappy with the decisions of the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC), on banning some songs which has been in circulation for a long time.
Using Olamide’s song, ‘Shakiti Bobo,’ as a case study, he said even pastors know the song.
According to Nigeriafilms, the comedian who wondered while it took the NBC this long to dictate that those songs are not good for the public, stated that some of the banned songs are so popular that people use their dance steps during praise and worship in churches.
In his words; “I just heard that some songs were banned from airplay. Wait o, if it took NBC how many months to know the contents of a song were not fit for public consumption, then we should worry. Songs that I have heard Pastors singing sef. People even shakiti in church during praise and worship.”

Mrs Buhari can't be head of Africa's First Ladies if she's not the First Lady of Nigeria, can she?

Presidential media aide Shehu Garba said something recently that I want us to discuss. Find it below..
“Out of respect to Mrs. Buhari, the Sierra-Leonian First Lady, Mrs. Sia Koroma recently surrendered her position of head of Africa’s First Ladies to Mrs. Buhari, inviting her to take up the same seat which Mrs. Jonathan hurriedly handed over a few weeks to the handover of her husband’s government to President Buhari. Again, all these things are currently under consideration and no decision has been arrived at presently”
If Pres. Buhari has or wants to abolish the office of The First Lady during his administration, (the media has been asked to refer to Aisha Buhari as the wife of the president and not First Lady) does it not disqualify her to head Africa’s First Lady, since she’s technically not a First Lady? Thoughts?
I ask because Mr Garba said that they are considering it. Below are other things he said…
“President Buhari promised that there would be a clear difference between the role played by his wife during his tenure and that played by many previous First Ladies.
“All that ostentation, ubiquitousness and arrogance we have come to expect from the office are over and done with. Change has come.
“The ideal platform from which she will be useful to Nigeria’s women and children is still being thought out. Once this has been concluded on, Mrs. Buhari’s role will become clearer to all Nigerians.
There will be nothing shady or hidden about it. There will be no access to public funds. It will be purely private and voluntary.”

WE AREN’T SELLING DE GEA – VAN GAAL

The goalkeeper has been tracked by Real Madrid all summer but the manager insists Manchester United “are not selling” despite the player refusing to play so far this season
Louis van Gaal has ruled out David de Gea leaving Manchester United for Real Madrid this summer.
United are adamant they will not let De Gea leave for less than €35 million (£25m) despite the player having fewer than 12 months left to run on his contract and Van Gaal has now moved to end all speculation.
“I think when Manchester United wants a player he shall come, [apart from] when a club is not selling,” he told reporters on Friday.
“Okay, then it is the same with us. We are not selling De Gea. It’s the same.”
United have already moved to bolster their goalkeeping ranks this summer with the free signing of Sergio Romero, who has played all three of the club’s games this season in De Gea’s absence.

Parents of transgendered 9 year old claim discrimination, sues school

The parents claim officials in Komarek School District 94 in North Riverside discriminated against the third grader. The parents of a transgender boy file a petition against a west suburban school district, claiming their son was denied use of the boys' restroom.
The child was born female, but diagnosed with gender dysphoria and now identifies as a boy.
The petition states the student was told to use a restroom for adult faculty members
The parents contacted the school social worker in January 2015 about their child’s change in gender identity, and since then he has participated in all school activities as a male, according to the petition.
However, school administrators barred him from the boys’ restroom and instead arranged for him to use a bathroom designated for adult faculty and staff, causing him anxiety and depression “surrounding his lack of complete acceptance as a boy at the school,” the petition says.
“We work with every family to support the unique needs of our students,” a district spokesman said in a statement Friday. “In doing so, our paramount concern is maintaining a supportive and safe learning environment for all of our students.”
The parents filed a discrimination complaint with the Illinois Department of Human Rights, which certified their case last week as a civil rights violation, the petition says.
They are seeking an injunction that would allow the child to use the boys’ restroom for the upcoming school year, which starts Aug. 26.

I Wanted To Be A Musician Not An Actress- Juliet Ibrahim

In a recent interview with Saturday Beats, Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim told the newspaper that she wanted to be a musician and not an actress.
According to her “I wanted to be a musician when I was growing up and I really loved Celine Dion. It just happened. I won a beauty pageant in 2004 and shortly after, someone called me about an audition. The person said they were looking for someone like me and that was how I became an actress.”

Oscar Pistorius’s Diva Demands In Jail – He Is Allowed To Cook His Own Food

Oscar Pistorious is keen on making his stay in jail very comfortable as new details have emerged of his diva demands in jail .
South Africa’s Judicial Inspectorate revealed the shamed paralympian had a bath installed in his prison cell and was given a new bed after he complained the old one was uncomfortable.
He has also been allowed to cook his own meals in Kgosi Mampuru II jail because he is paranoid that someone will try to poison him.
Murasiet Mentoor, the regional manager of the Judicial Inspectorate, was asked to review a number of Pistorius’ complaints about his living conditions.
He told CNN:
‘He complained that he wanted a bath. They [correctional services) built a bath in his cell. He also had a complaint about his bed. And they replaced his bed for him.’Oscar was worried that the food in the prison might be poisoned and that it would affect his health,’
Mr Mentoor said Pistorius’ fame and disability meant the hospital wing the only viable choice for housing him – as he would become a target for violence in the overcrowded cells
‘If you are a high-profile inmate, you are at risk because the other inmates and the gangsters within the correctional services will target you,’ he said.
It comes after Pistorius, 28, jailed for five years in October for shooting dead model Steenkamp, was told on Wednesday that he won’t be released from prison today after serving one sixth of his sentence.
South African justice minister Michael Masutha said he had decided to stop his release, saying the decision was “premature”.
Pistorius now faces legal battles on two fronts – a review of the decision to free him into house arrest, and a bid by prosecutors to have him convicted of murder which was launched this week.He had been due to walk free from the prison in Pretoria just two days after what would have been Reeva’s 32nd birthday
